The Anam Cara (Soul Friend) that’s me, acts like a tether.  It’s my gift to anchor at the feeling level.  These sessions are for you to find discoveries about yourself, rather than having someone coach you.  During a session, the dynamic is to offer a container to explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions.  Through this discovery method, incongruencies in these functions reveal themselves and can be integrated.

The roles that humans play are removed within this container.  We meet as souls… genderless, ageless, nameless etc.  We’re together to discover the soul’s yearning, (the ache) beneath the concepts.
